'The Nutcracker Suite'

The NZ Ballet required an extensive list of props for there 2005 season of The Nutcracker Suite.

Izzat produced a range of props, from fake cup cakes and Christmas mince pies to the ‘Star’ of the show, The Nutcracker.

Although we often work in the film and TV industries, we rarely get an opportunity to work with a ballet company. Nick Kyle, Production Manager commissioned the fabrication of the props, which are now part of the RNZ Ballets props collection. Working on these props required similar skills to those used in film prop making, but both the budgets and weight of items were lighter. Since 2005, we have worked for Nick on numerous occasions, from the Ballet to The NZ Festival of the Arts. This is an example of our diverse client base.
